PE Locker Clean Out

On Friday, May 25, the PE department will be begin locker clean out. 8th graders will be required to clean out their locker on Friday and 7th graders will be required to clean out on Tuesday, May 29th. Students should bring an extra bag for PE clothes, shoes, and personal items to be transported home. All items that are cleaned out on the 25th and 29th will be required to be carried with the student for the remainder of the day. We suggest taking any extra items home earlier in the week that are not required for dressing for PE.
8th Grade Bash

8th Grade Bash is Wednesday May 30th from 5-8 pm, Tickets are now on sale for $10…the price will be $15 the day of the event.
8th Graders Only

This message is for 8th graders only: What’s for lunch on Thursday May 31st? How about Chick Fil A.
- For $5 you will get a chick-fil-A sandwich, chips , and a drink
- For $8 you will get 2 chick-fil-A sandwiches, chips, and a drink
You must pre-order your sandwiches. Tickets are on sale now.
Textbook Turn In

Students will be turning in their home sets of textbooks through their ENGLISH class.
- 8th graders will turn in all textbooks on Monday, May 21
- 7th graders will turn in all textbooks on Wednesday, May 23.
Note: 8th Grade – Students will be working on algebra related material not involving the text.
7th Grade -For the last days of school, math teachers will be addressing Algebra topics not covered in the textbook. Students will receive handout materials.)
Remove all book covers, clean out papers, and erase any marks before returning the books.
Please have your student turn in the complete set of home textbooks and return all library books on or before the scheduled turn-in date.
Placerita Tech Summer Programs

Any incoming or returning students to Placerita that are interested in learning about video production/broadcast journalism or LEGO robotics can sign-up for the Placerita Tech Summer programs. Information can be found at http://placeritatech.weebly.com. Beginning camps run June 18 – June 22 and Advanced camps run June 25 to June 29.
